Executive Roundtable
Tuesday, April 25 at 5pm - Arts Hotel Barcelona
About The Event
You are invited to EPAM and commercetools in-person Executive Roundtable. Join a small group of peers to discuss in an open format the topic "Adaptive Businesses Composing a Future for the Dynamic Consumer” on April 25th at the Arts Hotel, Barcelona. The roundtable will be followed by dinner.
Whilst physical retail saw dramatic decline in sales during lockdowns, growth rebounded to reach pre-pandemic levels and, in 2022, offline retail outpaced online retail growth. In this executive roundtable, we propose a two-way conversation on how new consumer demands are impacting the ways of working for retailers online and for consumer goods brands selling direct-to-consumer.
Informed by EPAM’s fourth stage of “Consumers Unmasked” research, we review changes in consumer behavior impacting the state of physical and online retail. Exchange insights around emergent challenges - from data governance to managing return orders, from warehouse automation to the digital shelf. Explore opportunities that new AI and ML technologies present, with examples of how platforms like ChatGPT are being deployed in customer service, personalization, and conversational commerce. We also discuss how flexibility within your commerce infrastructure enables efficiencies that unlocks opportunities for consumer interactions and facilitate transactions, driving profitable growth.
